The opportunity

We have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a major prison project in Bicester / Aylesbury in the Buckinghamshire area. The project is part of the New Prisons Programme (NPP) under the Alliance 4 New Prisons (A4NP). The MoJ's NPP is delivering thousands of new prison places as part of Government's commitment to deliver 20,000 modern prison places across the UK.

Ideally you will have some experience working on a major prison project, although experience covering other sectors and projects will be considered.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be involved on a long term project from the beginning, ideally you will be located in commuting distance to the project, although due to the long term nature of the project candidates will be considered that have the flexibility to work out of one of our regional offices in either London, Reading, Birmingham or Bradford and travel to the project site.
