Could you work with our local businesses and influence their recruitment practices?

As part of the Working Well-East Midlands programme, we are looking for an Engagement and Events Officer to work with partners and local businesses to provide advice and guidance on flexible recruitment and support for people with long term health conditions. The role will be integral to creating an environment and culture where employers see the value and benefits of inclusive recruitment and know how to put this ethos into practice. You will be able to communicate confidently and effectively and have an excellent ability to work in partnership with a range of individuals and organisations. You will also have experience of managing projects, organising events, and achieving target-based results.

You will be required to work flexibly and with businesses across the County area. 

Initially offered until March 2025, we are currently in discussion with the funding body to extend the programme until September 2026.
