Carer Support Worker – Hospital

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Carers Health Programme, working with the NHS in a hospital setting, to;

provide information, advice, support and guidance to unpaid carers in the Conquest Hospital in Hastings referring carers to services provided by voluntary and statutory sector partners empowering carers to develop their skills and confidence in their caring role, build their resilience and ability to prioritise their own health and wellbeing empowering Secondary Care staff to identify, refer and support unpaid carers

This is a great opportunity to take on a rewarding role, making a real difference to carers’ lives.

Primary Location: Hastings, East Sussex (we have office bases at Eastbourne, Uckfield, Hastings and Lewes together with the option of hybrid working and remote working)

Part time hours will be considered
