Deputy Manager

This role is 40 hours a week predominantly working Mondayto Friday, but a 5 day out of 7 is required, working times will be required on a shift pattern to cover full service times. These will range with 07:00-21:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00-14:00 at weekends.
We are looking for flexibility of working hours whereby a later shift will be covered (until 2000), but we need to be flexible to cover the needs of this faced paced and exciting Formula 1 site. It is a welcoming and rewarding environment to work in and there are exciting future opportunities within this role.
The ideal candidate will ideally have:
A pleasant and welcoming personality who can communicate well at all levels.A professional approach to team members and customers.An exacting attention to detail and passion for perfection, great service .A fast thinker - predicting problems before they happen and confident dealing with service recovery for any problems which do occur.Working in a busy client staff restaurant so could be working on hot counters serving customers, tills or topping up stock throughout service.Evidence of managing a Team.Experience in hospitality is desirable.Ability to use web-based programmes.An interest in compliance management.
