We are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Data Analyst to join our Quality Assurance Reviewing and Safeguarding Service.

About the role

The post holder will work with the Quality Assurance Reviewing and Safeguarding Service to provide dedicated support to QARSS in providing systematic, timely and accurate data collection and analysis to support quality assurance functions of the service.

The collation of data and preparation of reports for managers and QARSS staff will provide a reporting mechanism that is consistent and effective and enables managers within QARSS to identify key patterns and trends in practice and respond to these accordingly.

About you

Experience of working with children and families in the context of current legislation and government initiatives Experience of quality assurance activity and understanding how this is used to contribute to practice improvements and improve outcomes for cyp. Experience of working under pressure and making robust evidenced informed decisions Experience of leading on complex work, to achieve targets set within time scales Evidence of having contributed to improved outcomes and impact for children and young people Evidence of continued professional development, with a commitment to ongoing development and experience of translating learning into good practice Experience of identifying, collating and sharing data in a clear and effective medium. Development of differing reporting mechanisms and development of graphics to support reporting mechanisms within QARSS. Presenting findings in a variety of settings to improve and develop learning.
