The successful Senior Chef De Partie will be rewarded with:

The site has 3 separate kitchens and the Chef can choose between working in each one of the three or stay in the one they prefer.

The food is exceptionally high quality, fine dining standard and they takepride in producing everything on site and working with the best seasonal produce and some of the most exclusive suppliers.

The Successful Chef de Partie:

  1. Must have at least 3 years kitchen experience at high quality food restaurant
  2. Are enthusiastic, passionate, have an eye for detail and fantastic knife skills
  3. Be able to work efficiently in a high pressurised environment

4.Want to further develop their career working alongside the best chefs in the industry
