Job Description

Your Purpose:

Reporting to the Managing Director and being a member of our Nuclear & Power EMEA leadership team, you will be the focal point for where our growth objectives and strategy comes together. The role will work closely with our Market Directors, Client Account Managers, work winning functions as well as external partners, suppliers, and our clients.

It's quite simple, our plans for growth encompass some of the most amazingly interesting things. So, it's never been more of an exciting time to be part of our Nuclear & Power EMEA business. We're embarking on a brilliant five-year transformational growth plan which you will help lead on. Its a plan that will see our business double in size through bidding, winning, and delivering projects of a scale and complexity that provides the most amazing opportunities for everyone involved.

You'll play a key role in the expansion and development efforts of our Nuclear & Power EMEA business. You will bring a diverse approach to thought, think the unthinkable, and challenge the norm. Supporting the growth of our existing client base whilst also expanding our client base and addressable market share.

Key areas of focus:
  • Lead on long term growth strategies, plans and develop strategic pipeline.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic client relationships, partner alliances as well as Government and industry relations.
  • Develop new markets and/or geographies within the Nuclear & Power EMEA sector.
  • Lead on investment cases, investment planning and support inorganic growth.
  • Own our market research, competitor intelligence and analysis.
  • Oversee our (small yet fantastic) strategic bid team.

We're a business that is aiming to grow to more than $600m in the next 5 years. With that in mind, to succeed in this role you need:
  • Proven delivery through big strategic thinking (initiatives >$50m CAD).
  • Evidence of strong business growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Evidence of developing strong relationships with clients.

Strategic thinking is crucial, but your enthusiasm is too. You'll likely be someone who's inspired to approach things in new and innovative ways, loves working, connecting, and inspiring others and of course, having the best time along the way.
