An opportunity has arisen for a part time Operations Manager to join an existing job share arrangement. The opportunity is for a 3- day Operations Manager role within East Family Support Team. The role is based at Cavendish House, Hastings but travel to the other main hub offices within East Sussex is required.
The successful candidate would be working alongside an existing 3 day a week post holder and between them the two managers would share the main duties of the post including supervision of the East Family Support Team Practice Manager group, managing the relevant budgets, and helping to meet the key targets within the Locality Performance Improvement Plan in this part of the service.
You would be joining an experienced & supportive management team, and any applicant will need to have significant management experience within child protection and to be able to lead on decision making within children subject to the Public Law Outline.
We are looking for candidates who have the ability to contribute to and implementing new service initiatives, translate local and national policy into practice, have Interagency/partnership working skills and political awareness.
