Butler’s Hill Infant and Nursery school are seeking to appoint 3 Temporary Personal Care Assistants (days and times to be discussed at interview stage).

Start date: September 2024.

Your core duties will be:
• Supporting access to learning opportunities 
• Supporting learning towards specific learning goals
• Supporting health care needs
• Maintaining a safe environment
• Supporting personal care and following plans put in place by external professionals
• Liaising with parents
• Work within a team

We are looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about and has experience of supporting children with SEND
• Is interested in education and impacting on the lives of children.
• Is adaptable, calm and patient.
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Can work effectively with and without direction.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy, integrity, and professionalism.
• Is a team player.
• Has an eye for detail.
• Is willing to roll up their sleeves up and get stuck in
• Has a great sense of humour
