Maintenance Technician - Plumber with Gas Safe (LPG and Oil Boilers)

40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 (to include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis)

This role will also have an out of hours on call rota

Salary of £35,000 per annum, plus service charge

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will organise, carry out and implement total maintenance and upkeep the Capital Investment and building fabric of the estate. Maintaining the estate farms, residential hotel & spa, staff accommodation and Bivouac site all to include but not exclusively services, gas, water, electricity and drainage, the contents of the building, equipment, car parks, grounds, by carrying out routine planned maintenance of the building.
