**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general decorating, both inside and out
- Conduct monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly compliance checks
- Handle general plumbing tasks such as tightening taps, replacing washers, and bleeding radiators
- Conduct annual inspections of equipment and perform repairs as necessary
- Conduct PAT tests on portable electrical equipment
- Perform general electrical work including changing light bulbs, replacing fuses, and installing cabling
- Carry out general construction work such as erecting shelving and renewing guttering
- Handle furniture repairs and moving tasks
- Maintain external areas and perform gardening duties
- Assist with driving and shopping duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
**Benefits**:

- Long service pay awards after 2 years and 6 years
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Four weeks of holidays plus all Bank holidays
