Senior Sous Chef - Award Winning Independent Hotel and Restaurant - Dunster - Live-in - £36,000 + Excellent tips
Personnel Solutions have been commissioned to recruit a talented Senior Sous Chef to assist in managing the kitchen team at this privately owned award winning hotel in Somerset. We're looking for a chef from a small to medium sized hotel background with a history of employment in quality premises and a progressive career path.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food and service, will want to progress, be an excellent communicator, work well with others, enjoy training, nurturing and motivating their team. You should have a calm and controlled approach to service and take pride in producing consistently outstanding dishes. You will have the ability to write balanced menus with the Head Chef, taking advantage of seasonal produce and enjoy working closely with your suppliers to get the finest produce.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a fantastic group of professional staff producing excellent standards of food and service in a beautiful hotel, it's also a fantastic chance to build your reputation as a chef.
