- £36,000 + Excellent tipsPersonnel Solutions have been commissioned to recruit a talented Senior Sous Chef to assist in managing the kitchen team at this privately owned award winning hotel in Somerset.

We're looking for a chef from a small to medium sized hotel background with a history of employment in quality premises and a progressive career path.The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food and service, will want to progress, be an excellent communicator, work well with others, enjoy training, nurturing and motivating their team.

You should have a calm and controlled approach to service and take pride in producing consistently outstanding dishes.
