In addition to the salary, this role attracts enhanced payments, which include:

Time and a half for all weekend hours. Time and a third for weekdays hours worked between 20.00 and 23.00 (late shifts end at 23.00).

The senior care assistants play a vital role in leading a shift and ensuring residents are supported to live their best possible lives.
