We are looking for an experienced and talented Deputy General Managerto join our fantastic hotel.

The Role:

As Deputy General Manager, your role will include:

  • Supporting sales growth
  • Controlling costs
  • Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered to all of our guests.
  • Managing service standards and staff development.
  • Accountability for specific shifts and the full unit in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Ensure all employees have the required knowledge of the hotel and its outlets to complete their roles fully.
  • Use excellent communication skills with guests and staff including verbal, written and body language.

The Person:

  • Experience in a management role within a busy and demanding hotel.
  • The ability to lead and motivate your team members.
  • Experience of driving sales and developing the business.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
  • First class customer service and communication skills.
