We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manger to join our Infrastructure Anglian Water team in Works Relocation, Cambridge.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and Lead your commercial team to deploy an industry leading commercial management process.
  • Be part of and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team working alongside the Project Director, Project Lead, Senior Design Manager, SHWE Lead and HR & People Lead.
  • Develop new ways of working to reduce carbon, increase biodiversity, address climate change, and embrace innovations and new digital technologies, whilst working with the project commercial constraints and requirements.
  • Grow your professional internal and external networks with the project, directorate, and the wider Anglian Water business.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of a multi partner enterprises.
  • Assist in the appointment of specialist contractors and the management of the specialist contractors' commercial team, contracts to cost, time, quality & safety requirements.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • MRICS qualified highly desirable/degree educated in a relevant subject.
  • Preferably a chartered or working towards chartered status.
  • Experience on major projects as the Commercial Lead
  • Experience in NEC Forms of Contract
  • Detailed working knowledge of contract/commercial law
