Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Event Host and Coordinator to host our monthly candidate recruitment event in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our Virtual Assistant to facilitate the successful hosting of the annual event calendar. The primary responsibility for this role is to be the face of the company on the day of the event. Meeting and greeting attendees ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day and ultimately ensuring attendees submit their details for our database. The aim is to host roughly 20 people per event whether its at a boozy bingo brunch or leading a coach tour to Stonehenge. This is a side hustle opportunity that pays 20 per hour and requires a commitment of 5 hours per month which may extend to 10 hours some months depending on the event being hosted.

Responsibilities:
Host each monthly event from our annual event calendar
Events will be on 1 Saturday or Sunday per month
Work closely with our Virtual Assistant to ensure everything on the day runs smoothly
Do candidate signups using our tablet to ensure attendees are entered into our database




Requirements

Outgoing and friendly personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with people quickly
Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred
Must be available to work weekends
Must be based in London or surrounding areas
