The successful candidate will assist in the provision of pro-active and effective support and co-ordination of the Project Management service for College staff. This role will undertake the preparation, delivery, updating and monitoring of all project documentation and will liaise with both staff and external stakeholders involved in projects.

You will be responsible for undertaking the Project Manager role for a range of College projects, and will maintain project databases and information management systems in order to provide efficient project administration procedures. You will act as first point of contact for enquiries directed to the Project Management Office (PMO) from internal and external stakeholders.

The right candidate will have experience of working within a Project function in a diverse organisation and should have recent experience of using a Project Management system such as PRINCE2 or AGILE. With excellent communication skills, you will also have the ability to manage data and provide reports. You will have an understanding of Project Management best practice and will be able to analyse project budgets and scope in order to identify possible issues at an early stage.
