We are offering the chance for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to take the reins and head up the kitchen operations at our hugely successful restaurant near Huntingdon and continue our successful drive as we head towards excellence.

We have a farm to fork philosophy and use only the freshest ingredients for our kitchen. This contributes massively to our success and our next Head Chef will have these same passions.

We are an extremely popular destination for food lovers around the East Midlands and East Anglia as guests head over to us from both regions and beyond.

We are big on meat proteins here and Chefs with Steakhouse experience will be a head of the game in terms of preference. Its not essential, but it would be advantageous to you as the Head Chef moving forward.

The duties of our Head Chef include

  • Full kitchen management in terms of compliance and record keeping in-line with the EHOs guidance.
  • Managing all stock, appropriate storage and wastage to attain GP targets.
  • Keeping a calm and professional appearance throughout all services.
  • Training, mentoring and appraising your kitchen team, including each chef and the kitchen assistants.
  • Developing dishes and tweaking our/your menu to maximise GPs
  • Cooking outstanding food with joy and expertise.

As the Head Chef, you will have full control over the kitchen operations and be able to manage a team of 10+ during busy services.
