The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience for guests while managing staff and resources efficiently.

Responsibilities of the role are but not limited to:
  • Oversee restaurant service operations
  • Collaborate with the General Manager
