Brook Street Social Care is seeking a Criminal Justice Casework Coordinator in Weston-Super-Mare. This part-time (30 hours/week) permanent role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of ex-offenders.

You'll:

Support clients in secure housing, promoting their well-being and financial stability. Collaborate with clients to develop personalised support plans to reduce re-offending. Build strong relationships with clients and criminal justice services.

We're looking for someone with:

A passion for helping vulnerable individuals. Experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviours (experience with homeless populations a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
