We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Assistant Youth Workers to join our team. As a Casual Assistant Youth Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. This is a rewarding role that requires passion, creativity, and the ability to connect with young individuals. All youth centres plan using the Youth Curriculum which gives young people an opportunity to experience a wide range of activities.

Whilst helping shape the lives of young people, you could also shape your own career gaining vital experience and skills.

We are looking for a person who: -

• Is energetic, inspiring and an excellent role model

• Has skills or interests in art, music / DJing, cookery or sport

• Can talk with young people in an open and honest manner

• Can follow instructions and work under the direction of a Project Youth Worker

• Wants to make a local difference by helping children, young people and families

• Is great at talking to people and engaging them in activities and conversations
