Contract: Permanent

The Impact you will have:
Support our Asset and Key Account Management teams to achieve high levels of customer retention Build strong relationships and identify ways to maximise profitability and deliver an exceptional customer experience by conducting regular recorded customer visits in line with agreed frequency Together with Sales and the allocated service support team, work to manage business relationships between Briggs Equipment and Key Accounts to provide extensive professional account support and management. Facilitate and co-ordinate large Service Level Agreements and ensure operational adherence to these.What will help you to excel in this role:
Demonstrable experience in contract management Customer service skills (both internal and external) Significant evidence of strong IT skills (excel, word, powerpoint) and internal systems or equivalent (if relevant) Industry knowledge/experienceWhat you can expect from us:
