Broking Team Leader - US Casualty Are you an accomplished Senior Broking professional with the skills and experience to lead and develop a team of highly respected and professional London Market brokers ? What the day will look like As a Team Leader your wide and varied role will include being responsible for :
  • Operationally leading and managing the team
  • P&L accountability for the US Casualty book
  • Developing client and network relationships,
  • Ensuring a high level of client retention,
  • Developing new business opportunities,
  • Developing new products and encouraging innovation,
  • Coordinating marketing strategy and broking major accounts and lead lines.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Proven experience gained within the insurance industry at either a Global Broker or Insurer, with established market relationships
  • Technical insurance knowledge across US and/or International Casualty markets
  • Detailed understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
  • Proven capability in effectively leading & developing high performance teams
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
