We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and inspirational practitioner to work with and support a range of students, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Under an agreed system of supervision, the post holder will take a lead role within the school to support and manage pupils who are excluded from, or otherwise not working to, a normal timetable.

The post holder will be required to manage and ensure learning is enabled in the inclusion room whilst supporting positive behaviour. The hours required are - 4pm on a Monday.

We have increased our links and collaboration with other schools from within Devon and across the country. A relational approach is at the heart of what we do as we believe this has a long-term impact on the success of all students from across our community.

Mental health and well-being are cornerstones of the school. We offer all staff a work life balance day. As a trust we have adopted the ‘mindful employer charter’. . Our buddy system gives all staff a support person from across the school.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated, who will have the advantage of working alongside our highly committed, professional and dedicated team.
