About you

We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need previous experience in care as a Support Worker or qualifications to start your career with us. For these opportunities, a driver with a full UK driving licence is essential as some of the people we support have their own mobility cars which they enjoy getting out in often.

All we’ll need you to bring is: -

A caring and compassionate attitude The ability to work well in a team Good communication and organisational skills A positive attitude with a willingness to learn The ability to cook Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns

We understand that you would like to have a good work/life balance and it's incredibly important to us that you have this, so we will try to be as flexible as possible with our shift patterns. Our team currently deliver support between the hours of - hours, 7 days a week. Weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis, but we aim to only have you working every second weekend.

The majority of our shift lengths are between 4 and 8 hours, depending on what suits you and the person you will be supporting.
