If so, the inclusion and access service are seeking to appoint to the role of customer relations manager within the customer relations team.
The customer relations team manages complaints (children’s social care, adult social care and corporate children’s), freedom of information requests (FOIs) and subject access requests (SARs) in accordance with relevant legislation, guidance and organisational policies and procedures.
The overall purpose of this role is to implement, monitor and develop the council’s complaint policy and to ensure all children’s and adult complaints are managed effectively in line with legislation, regulations and guidance. The customer relations manager will be required to support managers and staff to ensure a seamless process for the management of complaints along with ensuring a systematic process for learning and improvement as a result of complaint outcomes.
