The Role:
- . Grow and support our local and national new and existing client base in line with the company expansion goals and within our heavy duty vehicle and industrial filtration markets.
- . Liaise with customers, clients and engineers to provide the best possible service
- Filter Part Identification and technical support of products to customers and suppliers_
- Quoting Filters and related products to existing and prospective clients_
- Liaising with key suppliers as necessary to get the right parts, competitively and on time to customers_
- Carrying out Customer service duties as needed with use of company business system and CRM
- Assisting customers, analysing their needs and following through with requests.
- Understand breakdowns and faults and solutions to help with customer needs.
- Offering advice to engineers, and technicians on general parts or equipment for service or sale._
- Role will be mainly internally based initially with opportunities to grow into a more external role as required by the developing demands of the job

- The ability to work independently and within a team is vital._
- Already in an internal sales support role looking to develop into external sales or vice versa.
- Be required to prioritise your own workload and reach the customers high standards for efficiency and customer service.
- The ability to show willingness and ability to learn is a must.
- Applicants from Automotive parts sales and support may be ideal but anyone with an engineering background with good grounded practical knowledge.
- Clean full driving license
Location: North Ferriby, East Yorkshire
**Salary**: £25K Negotiable depending on experience
