Our client is looking to recruit a Facilities Technician to cover a static site in the Taunton area.

Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing and building fabric. Provides facilities and maintenance labour and technical support to all areas of the site structure, equipment, and grounds. Maintain and update records of maintenance activities. Carry out checks and inspections on a regular basis. Promptly respond to and resolve all facility email requests. Solve problems related to facilities.


Skills:

Ability to work with electrical and mechanical systems. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to work in a team. Attention to detail. Ability to adhere to safety protocols. Good communication skills.
