Cliff Lane is an established primary school with a PAN of 476 pupils including the nursery based in Ipswich. We are part of a thriving multi-academy trust, ASSET Education. We are looking for an experienced SENCo to join our school. You will need to:

build a positive, resilient and empowering culture striving always to do better and aiming for ‘excellence’ have a passion for ensuring all children have access to excellent educational opportunities be efficient and able to use your own initiative work well as part of a team have in-school experience as a SENCo have the Master's level national award for special educational needs co-ordinator (NASENCO) or be prepared to complete the award once in post.

This post will be reporting directly to the Headteacher and will be based at Cliff Lane Primary School. You will be part of the senior leadership team and will lead SEND across the school with support from the current SENCo .
