We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our team, who is experienced in a customer service focused environment with excellent communication skills. The aim of this role is to support the Client Services Manager to drive high standards of customer service and operational excellence from the Front of House at the on-site corporate Fitness Centre.

As a team player you will be able to multitask with attention to detail and be flexible. You will have excellent IT skills with proven knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and word. You'll be passionate about supporting other colleagues via coaching and mentoring and you will have the ability to drive high standards of customer service and operational excellence Self-motivated and keen to develop skills and knowledge

As a Senior Client Services Administrator, you will:

  • Work for Nuffield Health within the on-site Client Services (front of house) team Supporting the Client Services Manager and coaching a team of client service advisors. Form part of the on-site management team assisting with duty manager shifts and working towards Fitness Centre operational KPI's.

Main duties and key responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

  • Working at front of house providing a highly professional service to a large on-site corporate membership base. This will include membership and booking enquiries, problem solving and stakeholder management

  • Act as a day-to-day coach to the client services administrators, supporting 1-2-1's and assisting in developing them within their roles to ensure their individual KPI's are achieved.

  • Supporting the Client Service Manager with front of house financial membership processes, including banking's, direct-debit processing and other administrative tasks.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, evaluating processes and data management to see if any efficiencies can be made.

  • Support the Client Services Manager with recruitment of new FOH staff

  • Opportunity to support other head of departments on key projects and tasks to support your personal development.

  • Deputize for the Client Services Manager in their absence by being the lead point of contact for the department and chairing weekly departmental meetings.

  • Weekly Duty Manager shifts which are predominantly fixed, depending on leave and other absence

  • Any other reasonable duties required by Nuffield Health
