We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading national organisation as an IT Support Analyst. As an IT Support Analyst, you have the chance to join an IT Support team during a huge period of growth and digital transformation. The right candidate will have a fantastic customer service skills as well as strong technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues escalated from the 1st Line support team. Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware. Document issues, solutions, and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system. Collaborate with 3rd Line support and other IT teams to resolve complex problems. Undertake a variety of exciting IT projects Conduct regular system updates and maintenance. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.Requirements:
Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (eg, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.Benefits:
