Our client in Silverstone is looking for an experience Accounts Payable Clerk to cover 3/4 weeks work on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays.

Hours are 8:30am-5pm

Salary:
£15 per hour

Processing invoices.

  • Monitoring emails.
  • Managing purchase ledger invoices.
  • Managing sales ledger invoices.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Resolve payment issues and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Liasing with internal departments.
  • Preparing and entering vendor invoices, ensuring the correct coding is captured.
  • Consistent process and control improvement.
  • Other required tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in accounts payable.
  • Strong knowledge of outlook, word and excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
