Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure products listed on the B&Q Marketplace comply with regulations and contracts
  • Establish strong relationships with marketplace team
  • Monitor marketplace after launch and make necessary decisions
  • Contribute to enhancing processes and procedures
  • Investigate customer complaints and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide support for corrective actions and collaborate with the Legal Compliance Manager when needed
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven background in product or regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with consumer products and risk assessment principles
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in incident handling and influencing others
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in an online marketplace or digital retailer in a regulatory role
  • Deep knowledge in a specific consumer product category
