Role Purpose

This role would suit someone who is driven, a great communicator and wanting to kick-start their career in property You will be supporting the Flexible Office Solutions team and negotiating Flex transactions, helping to shape the future of office space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a detailed knowledge of the Flexible Office Market, the range of Flexible Office Products and the Operator sales team.
  • Understanding market pricing & having knowledge of the data sources and CBRE systems.
  • Advising occupiers and helping them evaluate their choices and negotiate transactions.
  • Managing and executing all leads from the CBRE website.
  • Developing a full working knowledge of the typical Operator Licencing agreements.
  • Creating property availability reports.
  • Offering on-going client support throughout the team.
  • Arranging and attending building viewing tours.
  • Providing advice on the suitability of Flex vs Traditional leases.
  • Negotiating and transacting Flex licenses.
  • Developing a professional approach to client care and business development.
