Join our school as an Assistant Lecturer in a predominantly teaching-focused role As an Assistant Lecturer, you'll have the opportunity to engage with students in the classroom for 24 hours per week, guiding and supporting them to submit their assessments successfully.
This role offers the security of a permanent salaried position, without the expectation of module leadership or colleague management responsibilities typically associated with higher-level positions. It's ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching but not inclined towards managing modules. While previous experience in higher education is valued, this role is an opportunity for someone looking to development into a lecturer role in the future for those dedicated to teaching excellence.
About You:
We are looking for someone with an honours degree in a relevant field as well as some experience in teaching or coaching. You should possess effective communication skills, both in delivering material and contributing to program enhancement. A strong understanding of Health & Care Management is essential, alongside proficiency in e-learning technologies and Microsoft 365 tools.
