Duties and Responsibilities include:
Planning, preparation and administration of the J-SOX and internal audit for Europe and the CIS area. Perform J-SOX testing in line with the regulation and internal control compliance testingIdentify risk areas and work together with Internal Audit and all departments to minimise risk and implement countermeasures Internal Audit report draftingAd hoc administration duties as requiredSkills and Experience:
Fluent written and spoken EnglishClear and concise verbal and written communicationFive years' experience in J Sox/ internal audit Advanced IT skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointBasic accounting knowledge
SAP experience – downloading data from SAP for data analysis and collation Excellent attention to detailCooperative, flexible and "Can do" attitude Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and understanding the organisation Ability to liaise professionally with business departments Strong organisational skills and time management IRM/IIA Qualification or equivalentLocation
