An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and creative Head of Marketing (maternity cover) to join the Sales & Marketing team working across multiple properties including Royal Lancaster London and 15 Basil Street.

As our Head of Marketing - Maternity cover, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To develop and execute the hotel and restaurants & bars marketing and PR activity

Lead the continuous implementation of each individual brand guidelines, ensuring each brand story is consistent across all channels, both online and offline.

Plan, devise and execute successful marketing campaigns for all aspects of the business

Liaise closely with the Director of Revenue and Director Of Sales & Marketing to identify commercial initiatives, packages and promotions

Manage external PR company to maximise the relationship and press coverage

Manage the digital marketing agency to grow, optimise and expand the brand online and generate revenue

Explore partnerships with local businesses and companies that share the same brand values

We are looking for:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality

Extensive knowledge of London hospitality market and competitor hotels.

Excellent communication, project management skills, with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

Experience with content creation / content management systems / PR / design / digital marketing would be a bonus
