Role:


The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice and representation on all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on divorce, financial settlements, and private children's issues.

The role demands a compassionate approach to sensitive client situations, ensuring the highest standards of client care.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a PQE of 3+ years in family law
  • Demonstrated experience in managing divorce cases, financial disputes, and matters involving children
  • Strong advocacy skills with experience in Family Courts
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters in clear terms
  • Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients
