Responsibilities Overview:

As a Sous Chef, you will collaborate with a team of chefs and the Catering Manager at Condover Hall. Your main objective is to prepare nutritious and appealing meals for guests and staff. Adhering to company guidelines, you will uphold high standards in food preparation, presentation, and quality.

Catering to a diverse clientele with varying dietary needs, the restaurant serves buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With the capacity to host up to 600 guests at a time, the kitchen operates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring delectable and satisfying menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels and supplies efficiently
  • Prepare and cook meals for upcoming services
  • Collaborate effectively within the team
