We are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to support apprentices, the delivery team, and employers. As an Apprenticeship Skills Coach you will be responsible for meeting with apprentices and their employers to review their progress. This role is full time, 35 hours per week supporting apprentices in Business Administration.

The Apprenticeship Skills Coach role will be the initial point of contact for apprentices, providing information, advice and guidance, monitoring progress against apprenticeship standards and maintaining strong relationships in this rapidly developing field.

You will conduct regular reviews with apprentices and their employers and use a coaching approach to help learners develop and apply Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours in the workplace.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and digital skills, with a dedicated and flexible approach to working, to ensure high levels of achievement for our learners.

The role will sit within the Greenwich Business School which is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich based at the Greenwich Campus in Greenwich, London. The role with work collaboratively with colleagues within Employability and Apprenticeships Directorate under a matrix structure.
