This role will involve:
Experience at Manager/ Senior level.Audit Experience.Managing a team of 6 staff members.Effectively managing practice client portfolio including everything from staff planning, management of WIP and billing.Building and further developing client relationships with existing and new clients.Displaying a strong commercial awareness in fee development.Displaying pro-active awareness of current relevant legislation, compliance standardsRaising high quality business correspondence.Acting as the main point of contact for compliance queries from clients within portfolio.Quoting and estimating fees within your level of authority.Meeting clients to pitch and tender for new work and putting together associated documents.Business development attending new client meetings and networking events.Effectively delegating work to, and mentoring, the team.Providing feedback to junior and senior team members about quality of work/performance.Managing the team including monitoring work in progress and work standards.About the Applicant:
You will have:
Confident, articulate and an effective communicator at all levelsWell-presented and professionalPatience in training colleaguesACA/ACCA Fully Qualified with 3+ years post qualification experienceUp to date knowledge of corporate and personal taxesStrong time management skillsPrevious management experienceCommercial and proactive approach to client developmentAbout the Benefits:
