An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced medical negligence lawyer to join a regional heavyweight to be based in their Bristol office.


The claimant medical negligence team is tier 1 ranked and due to growth, have a rare opening for a lawyer of NQ-4 PQE to bolster their thriving and dynamic team.


You will be dealing with matters from inception to settlement and will need to be tenacious with a good eye for detail and be able to demonstrate your passion this type of work together with experience of independently managing your own caseload.

In addition you can expect to assist senior team members on higher value cases working with leaders who are truly experts in their field.


The team deal with a wide range of matters to include but not limited to, birth trauma cases, delays in diagnosis or misdiagnosis, surgical mistakes, fatalities, inquests, brain injury, spinal injury and amputation claims.
