FGF Limited Seeks Internal Sales Specialists (Birmingham & North West)
Calling all Sales Stars
FGF Limited, a growing independent building materials supplier, is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year To fuel our continued growth, we're seeking two exceptional Internal Sales Specialists, one for our Birmingham Depot and another for our North West Depot (Warrington).

The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing company with a rich heritage. As an Internal Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales within your branch, achieving excellent customer service, and increasing profitability. You'll prospect for new customers, nurture existing relationships, and identify upselling opportunities – all while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Achieving ambitious sales targets set by the branch/management
Cold calling new customers to understand their needs and promote our products/services
Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth
Processing sales orders, quotations, and purchases
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
Building strong working relationships with colleagues across departments

40 hours per week
The Person:
Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar Internal Sales Specialist role (merchant or distributor preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can build rapport with anyone
Strong customer focus with the ability to handle arising issues efficiently
A "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is essential)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A background in construction and experience working in a fast-paced environment are a plus
