Ensure the quality of teaching and learning continues to meet the high aspirations of our learners, providing them with the skills, knowledge and qualifications required for success in their chosen next stepsDevelop and deliver inclusive, inspiring and enriching Drama lessons in our well-resourced and excellent facilities, including a state of the art theatre complete with lighting and sound. As the successful applicant, you will have: Evidence of successful Drama teaching to KS3 and KS4 studentsAn ability to develop and sustain successful relationships with pupils and colleaguesEnthusiasm and drive with a passion for changing young people's lives
