Senior HRIS Analyst
  • Warwickshire, West Midlands
  • Permanent full time role with reputable organisation
  • Salary up to £50k plus flexible/hybrid working A well know organisation is looking for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join a team responsible for looking after the internal HRIS and ensuring it delivers across business requirements.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Driving data quality
  • Delivering system upgrades, improvements and optimisation through effective project management
  • Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of HR system
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Supporting junior members of the HR systems team To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:
  • Experienced across HR systems management (ideally Workday but other HRIS considered)
  • Previous experience of project managing system upgrades/maintenance
  • HR data management
  • Understanding of system flows, process mapping and application support
