Supportive SLT, looking to develop candidates
As a HLTA, you will:
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide exceptional support to students across the school
- Assist in delivering high-quality lessons
- Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Support students for whom English may be an additional language
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for learning among students
- Cover lessons while teachers are on PPA time
The ideal candidate for the HLTA position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience of supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and 2
- A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Passion for Education
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
- Flexibility: Willingness to embrace all aspects of school life and actively contribute to extracurricular activities and school events
- A 'can-do' approach, positive outlook
