Job overview

The North Wiltshire Primary Care Liaison Service has been through an exciting period of change and improvement. We are looking for an experienced practitioner to continue supporting and leading the team to support its vision of clinical excellence.

The successful candidate will lead and inspire the team to deliver a high quality and effective service for service users and carers. Working in partnership with the Team Manager, the post-holder will ensure excellent operational and clinical standards are maintained within the team. This will be underpinned by robust and effective individual and team supervision processes. The post-holder will demonstrate in their day to day work, a high standard of clinical quality and leadership.



Main duties of the job

To provide leadership, supervision, support and consultation to staff within the MDT, in line with the relevant clinical pathway as outlined within the operational procedures.

Being an inspirational leader, practicing and sharing excellent clinical practice while also motivating others to deliver a high quality service. Balancing competing demands across the range of key result areas, keeping the needs of service user and carers at the heart of service delivery. Able to challenge operational issues effectively to ensure that service users receive the most appropriate support in their journey.
