The Devizes Community team has an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 therapy assistant practitioner maternity cover for 1 year.

You will be expected to work in a range of environments with a Therapists and Rehabilitation support workers, linking closely with our social care colleagues, the acute care teams, community teams and the GP Practices in the area.
