This well-established South Yorkshire based firm is looking for a New Build Conveyancing Executive to join its ever-expanding Barnsley branch.


The successful New Build Conveyancing Executive will have Conveyancing experience and have experience/be confident in assisting with exchanging contracts, preparing contract packs, key new build conveyancing forms, completion statements, post completion registrations and first registrations of land, and assisting with drafting property and mortgage reports with guidance from the fee earner in charge of the department.


As the successful New Build Conveyancing Executive you must be motivated by this area of law and by the client contact side, dealing with day-to-day enquiries and being a regular point of contact for agents and clients.

You must be mindful of deadlines and developer requirements and be able to deal with the pressure which comes with it.


You, the New Build Conveyancing Executive, will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of the New Build Conveyancing team.

Focus will be on delivering excellent client service at all times.
